Today is my 11 year anniversary of complete sobriety. As I reflect on this past year, I feel very grateful that I already had 10 years of sobriety under my belt when Covid hit. This was a rough year for many people who struggle with substance abuse. The numbers are startling, astounding even. I feel so much for the millions of people who relapsed due to loneliness or extended isolation.
