I figured out why I have been so anxious.

All of my thoughts and expectations have been focused on the short term. I’m stuck in the right now and I’m losing sight of a bright future.

I was thinking about those projects I mentioned during yesterdays issue, and I remembered that the reason I like started these projects in the first place is because they are long term plays. The investments I have made in those brands have not gone to waste, not at all. Rather, those brands are investments in my future.

It’s not like I’m gambling. I’m making educated guesses. I need to be patient. I need to focus on the process.

Agency Clarity isn’t going anywhere. I’ll be able to build that brand over the course of the next decade. I know I will figure it out.

Don’t be in a rush. Don’t act on urgency. Focus on what’s in front of you and everything will fall into place.

Great quote I refer to is:

"Distractions are what you see when you lose focus."
