The 30 Day Challenge

Today is day 2 of my 30-day challenge.

I really needed this.

The last few months have been full of anxiety and tension for me. Luckily, things are starting to level out which is good.

What was going on?

I’m not sure really. Sometimes I unconsciously decide that I want to stress myself out and makeup problems in my head that either don’t exist or aren’t as bad as I project them to be.

In order to cope with this, I decided to get out of my own way and take some simple actions.

My Challenge

Every day for the next 30 days, I will complete the following tasks.

  • Write every morning

  • Read every morning

  • Exercise every day

  • No gaming

  • Drink a full jug of water

  • Call one person a day just to talk shop or say hi.
