Before Netflix ruined everything, I used to meet up with my friends on Sunday evenings and watch Game of Thrones or The Walking Dead. Remember how we used to have anticipation for the new episode of a show? That was the best.

I feel that with this show. Jules and I are excited for Sunday nights, so we can watch The Last Of Us.

This is the best show I’ve watched in years, maybe even a decade. It’s incredible.

Last night’s episode was brilliant as always.

I won’t spoil it, but what the show did was build up a sense of tension, because last night’s episode went back into the past. The audience basically knows the outcome of the episode, but you didn’t know when “the thing” would happen.

So there was a tension and anxiety throughout the whole show, where you felt like at any minute, something terrible would happen. At one point, Jules actually said “I think I have to go upstairs, I can’t handle this.”

Luckily, we stuck it out together, and I’m glad we did.

Awesome episode last night. We were tense for an hour+. It was well played by the production team.
