Dr. Seuss is being cancelled. It’s true. Dr. Seuss enterprises released a statement yesterday confirming that they are removing books from print due to “portraying people in the books in ways that are hurtful or wrong.”
I love the "WHY. CAN'T. WE. USE. OUR. BRAINS??!!!" I have been watching the trend over the past 30 years. For each little win, a part of us, as individual human beings, has been taken away. We have let it creep in unabated, little by little until we have gotten to where we are today. Can we wake up from this slumber? Only time will tell.
