I’ve committed to completing a few habits every day. At the end of the day, I put an X on the line to show I’ve completed all my habits in full. Any time there is a new line of X’s, that means I didn’t complete all the habits.
Tim, you have a wife full of wisdom and love. Hints that you’re a good husband. You’re spending Saturday nights taking care of your children, signs of a good father. We all need failures to keep us humble; struggles are opportunities to practice being that better person we all have inside. When my first son was 2 1/2, I felt the score was more like me 6 and 2 1/2 year old 973. He is 26 now and I am very proud of the man he is.
