Next Level Sales Management
One of the biggest holes in my sales process is lead management.
This will sound egotistical, but I’ve never NEEDED to spend time managing my leads. I keep my leads in a spreadsheet and I do not give them the time and the respect they deserve.
New sales are the lifeline of our company. My employees depend on me working leads and continuously growing our pipeline.
There has always been a high demand for our services, and because of that, I’ve been lazier than I should have been.
I’ve been doing a lot of research and I found a good CRM that will help me manage leads, keep better communication with contacts, manage a pipeline, and stay organized.
I’m very excited about it. This is a big initiative for us as it is the first step in building the sales team I have always dreamed about.
