Keeping It Moving

Most people who follow me know that I am passionate about health and fitness. For whatever reason, I didn’t keep up with my standard fitness routines this week, I can already feel the difference. Fitness is like pushing a boulder. Once you get momentum, pushing the giant boulder is easy, it’s one push after the other. But as soon as you stop pushing, the boulder stops and you have to build up the energy to get it rolling again.
