So much truth. Take the lens off of selfie and focus on others and grace and gratitude will flow.
Not sure if you follow any sort of church but heading to church, becoming part of a community with familiar faces could also lift your load and possibly create some long lasting friends ❤️

Thanks Mary. I don't believe to a church but I go to AA meetings which helps a lot.
Gotcha. I just thought you were looking for friendships. Seeing the same families often can foster that…good luck!
